1. Use grout tools to clear old grouting and buffer tile gap

2. Ensure a clean environment before epoxy application, including multiple vacuum and wiping.

*Existing debris will affect durability and finishing

3. Use grout wax to coat tiles beside the grout line

4. Install the customized nozzle on the grout tube
Install the grout tube on the epoxy-chalk gun (2 tubes)

5. Cut out a small opening on the tip of the nozzle

6. Before application, extrude and discard 20-30cm of the grout to evenly mix

7. Apply grouting to the tile joint evenly with an angle of 45 degrees downward to fill the tile gap

8. Use a special pressure steel ball or tungsten steel piece to scrape the epoxy. Use corner pressing tools for external corners

9. Shovel the excess grout after 4 to 8 hours of curing.

10. Clean up and examine grout finishing. Repeat Step 2-8 for touch-up and better leveling

*Discard the epoxy bottle after 12 hours after open. Do not reuse.

* ALL TILE GROUT LINES MUST HAVE A CEMENT BASE BEFORE APPLICATION. DO NOT USE EMPTY GROUT LINE FOR EPOXY GROUT APPLICATION; 80% RISK OF PEELING AFTER.
